The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe. Grapes are pressed and de-stemmed and then fermented for 25/30 days; wine is then refined in barriques and subsequently aged in bottles for 6 months. The color is ruby red and it has an intense scent of red fruit. On the palate it is smooth with a persistent spiced fragrance.
