A blend of Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Moscato Bianco from vines planted in 2000. Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed with skin contact to achieve phenolics followed by a slow co-fermentation in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation is blocked, but the wines sits on lees for 6 months.
