An estate-grown blend of arinto, alvarinho, and loureiro planted granite and schist soils, this is a concentrated wine with gun-powder reduction notes in the scent. Its green notes bring riesling to mind, the fruit layered with resinous herbs. It’s substantial enough to pour with white sausages, seafood, chicken or veal.
