The Grigné is made from 100% Grignolino grown in calcareous clay soils from 40 year old vines. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for a short period in bottle before release. Light ruby in color, the Grigné displays delicate flavors of red flowers, cherry and a touch of spice. It is light in body with fresh tannins and a refined, refreshing finish. Enjoy with cured meats, chicken, or summer vegetables.
